ITAA Leadership Excellence in the Travel Industry 2026 Programme is open for registrations.
The course is starting with two in person days in Dublin on 11 and 12 September.
Online modules are are generally 3 hours from 0900 – 1200 and will be held on the following dates:
Sept 15, 17 22, 24, 29 Oct 06, 08, 13, 15, 20 Graduation lunch 22 October
Core Leadership Skills modules include : Leadership, High Performing Teams, Working Effectively, Communication with Impact, Challenging Conversations, Emotional Intelligence.
Complimentary modules for Leaders and aspiring Leaders in the Travel Industry include : Digital Transformation, Responsible Travel, Travel Law, Sales, Finance for non financial mangers.
Course fee of €995 includes dinner and overnight on 11 September and Graduation lunch.
