1. Eligibility
    The Training Credit Scheme is available to current ITAA member companies with an active membership subscription.The training credit may be used by employees of the member company with prior manager authorisation and is not transferable to another member company.
  2. Credit Value
    Each eligible member company will be allocated a training credit of €250 for use on eligible training courses during the scheme period.The credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.
  3. Eligible Courses
    Training credits may be used towards:

    • ITAA in house training courses.
    • ITAA Leadership Excellence Programme.
    • ITAA Training Academy – New to Travel Course.
    • Approved Positive2Work Skillnet training programmes.
    • Other training programmes designated by ITAA from time to time.

    ITAA reserves the right to determine which courses are eligible under the scheme.

  4. Scheme Period
    The training credit is valid from the launch date until 31 December 2026.Any unused balance remaining after this date will expire automatically.

    Unused credit cannot be carried forward to the following year.

  5. Use of Credits
    Training credits may be used in full or in part towards eligible training programmes.Where the cost of a course exceeds the available training credit balance, the member company will be responsible for payment of the remaining balance.

    Members may request their remaining credit balance at any time.

  6. Booking Process
    To use training credits for ITAA or external Positive2Work Skillnet courses, members must book through the ITAA by email to info@itaa.ieCredits cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings made without prior approval from ITAA.

    Credits can be applied to any approved training taking place between 01 July 2026 and 31 December 2026.

  7. Non-Attendance
    Where a participant fails to attend a booked course the training credit used for that booking will be forfeited and will not be reinstated.
  8. Credit TrackingITAA will maintain a record of each member’s training credit balance and usage.

    The ITAA record shall be deemed the official record of credit allocation and usage.

  9. AmendmentsITAA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Training Credit Scheme at any time where necessary for operational, financial, or programme management reasons.

    Any changes will be communicated to members in advance where practicable.

  10. Review of SchemeThe Training Credit Scheme is being introduced as a pilot member benefit initiative and will be reviewed at the end of the scheme period.

    Future continuation, amendment, or expansion of the scheme will be at the discretion of ITAA.
