Our tour includes four-nights in cultural Prague allowing you to immerse yourself in the Czech Republic’s rich and cultural history. The beautiful city of Prague will delight you at every turn, with palaces, cathedrals, and churches located throughout. See the many splendid bridges arching across the river, none more famous than the exquisite 15th century Charles Bridge, plus historic churches and merchants’ houses adorning the beautiful old town. Not forgetting the fascinating “astronomical clock” on the city’s unpronounceable square, Staromesti Namesti.
 Day 1
  • Your tour will start with flight to Prague.  Flight time will be announced once the airlines release the June 2024 June flight schedules.
  • On arrival in meet your local guide for coach transfer to the Boutique Jalta Hotel on Wenceslas Square where you are booked for four-nights on a bed and breakfast basis.  (Flight subject to change at airline discretion)

  • The Jalta Hotel Prague is located directly on Wenceslas Square, right in the centre of Prague’s cultural, historic and shopping area and is located close to the the State Opera and the National Museum.
  • A buffet breakfast is offered daily. The Soul Love Prague Dining Restaurant serves Japanese and Asian cuisine, as well as seasonal specialties and wide selection of wine.
  • After some time to relax and take lunch (at own expense), meet you local guide for a walking orientation tour of the Old Town.
  • This short (approx. 1.5 hour) walking tour will take you from your hotel through the Old Town.
  • Listen as you guide introduces you to the fascinating history of Prague as you wander through the Old Town district.
  • Remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 2
  • Breakfast in your hotel.
  • Today’s tour will begin by coach taking you up to the Prague Castle district.
  • After your drive, take a guided walking tour around the interior of UNESCO-listed Prague Castle and listen as your guide enthralls you with tales of the castle’s history.
  • After a short coffee break at the cafe at Lobkowitz Place, we take a guided tour of the Palace. Housed within Prague Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Lobkowicz Palace was the official Prague residence of the Lobkowicz Princes.
  • The Lobkowicz Palace Museum features world-famous paintings by Bruegel, Canaletto, Velázquez and more; ceramics spanning five centuries; an exceptional collection of arms and armor; and hand-annotated manuscripts by many of the world's greatest composers, including Haydn, Mozart, and Beethoven.
  • The remainder of the day is at your leisure is free for you to relax or further explore Prague.
  • Why not visit the National Museum located at the top of Wenceslas Square, the largest museum in the Czech Republic or simply take a seat at one of Prague’s many cafes and watch the world go by.

Day 3
  • After breakfast, meet your local guide for a walking tour of Prague’s Old Town district. See the famous Charles Bridge, Lesser Town, the Jewish Quarter and Old Town area.
  • Afternoon at leisure.
  • This evening sees the highlight for many – a concert by Andre Rieu.
  • The evening begins with a three-course dinner in your hotel restaurant.
  • After dinner, transfer with your guide to the O2 Arena and take your seat for an evening of musical entertainment.
  • Concert Start Time: 20:00
  • Coach transfer back to the hotel at the end of the evening.

Day 4
  • Meet your local guide in hotel lobby for today’s excursion to Kutna Hora, a medieval town located to the east of Prague and now designated a world heritage site, protected by UNESCO.
  • During the Middle Ages the discovery of huge deposits of silver transformed Kutná Hora into the most important city in the Kingdom of Bohemia after Prague.
  • The wealth and prosperity that flowed from the mines led to a rich architectural development of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque buildings and it is through visiting the most important buildings on the tour that we learn of the history of the town.
  • Beautiful churches such as St. Barbara’s Cathedral and elegant palaces like the Italian Court were constructed, where the Royal Mint was sited and produced coins for the whole kingdom and to house the newly wealthy citizens, impressive burgher houses were built throughout the 15th century.
  • Return to Prague in the afternoon.

Day 5
  • Breakfast in hotel and check out of your hotel.  Coach transfer to airport for return flight.
  • Flight time will be advised once airlines release the 2023 June flights schedule.
