Dear ITAA Member,
The Irish Travel Industry Awards are the ultimate celebration of success within Ireland’s travel community, shining a spotlight on the Travel Agents and Suppliers who set the standard for excellence, creativity, and customer care.
Hosted by the Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA) in partnership with Travel Centres and Worldchoice, the awards recognise the very best in international travel services for leisure and business travellers departing from Ireland.
A highlight of the programme, the ITAA Member Awards, pays tribute to the exceptional Travel Agents whose passion, expertise, and personal service bring travel dreams to life. These awards celebrate professionals who go above and beyond — turning industry knowledge into unforgettable journeys and lasting value for Irish travellers.
All entries are assessed in complete confidence by an independent panel of judges, ensuring every winner truly represents the best of the best in Irish travel.
Winners will be announced at a prestigious Gala Banquet in the iconic Round Room at The Mansion House on Thursday January 22nd 2026.

This is a chance to ensure ITAA Travel Agents receive the recognition they so richly deserve.”
This year’s ITAA Member Awards comprise two categories with seven awards as follows:
Travel Agency Category – sponsored by Shannon Airport
- ITAA Corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) of the Year
- ITAA Corporate Travel Agency of the Year
- ITAA Travel Agency of the Year (Under 10 Employees)
- ITAA Travel Agency of the Year (Over 10 Employees)
Innovation Category – sponsored by Emirates
- Responsible Travel Initiative Award
- Best Online Marketing Initiative
- Best Offline Marketing Initiative
The application process is outlined in the below ITAA Member Awards Entry Guidelines, which include clearly defined marking criteria. Completed entries will be assessed, and shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview. The entire process will be overseen by an independent judging panel.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the judges to arrange a video conference interview to make their final decision on the winner of each category.
Please ensure you use a separate form for each award entry. Closing date for entries is Thursday 4th December 2025!
