If you have a dispute with an ITAA member, the ITAA Conciliation Procedure offers a process which you may wish to avail of to settle your dispute.

The ITAA Conciliation Procedure allows the parties to the dispute the freedom to explore ways of settling a dispute with the assistance of an independent, impartial person – the Conciliator. For more information see the documents below.
