Travel agents become Leaders in Excellence
The Irish Travel Agents Association welcomes new graduates
Dublin, 12th January 2024 Minister of State for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation Dara Calleary presented graduates of the new Irish Travel Agents Association Leadership Excellence in the Travel Industry programme with their certificates at their graduation ceremony in the Merrion Hotel Dublin.
The Leadership Excellence programme was developed by the Irish Travel Agents Association, Positve2Work Skillnet and travel experts with the intention of building a course relevant to the travel industry. This new programme focuses on improving Travel Professionals’ leadership skills in the workplace with modules such as Leadership and Team Growth, Digital Transformation and Sustainability in the Travel Industry.
Clare Dunne, ITAA CEO commented at the graduation ceremony, “The ITAA is very proud of the graduates’ hard work and their dedication to the programme over the past few months. We are delighted with their achievements and look forward to watching them implement what they have learnt into their career.”
She continued, “The feedback we have received from participants is overwhelmingly positive and we anticipate further developing this course and running it again.”
