Customer Service Executive – 2 years experience

Your interpersonal skills, as much as the relevance of your experience, will be key to successfully applying for this position. You must be willing to make a difference and be confident that you have a sufficient degree of assertiveness to deliver at high standard from a customer perspective. You must be able to face issues and problems as they arise and make accurate and pertinent recommendations to your manager. Reporting to Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following:


Deliver an outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction
Deal with customer inquiries in a timely manner
Ensure Company processes are followed and efficient
Deal and solve complaints in a professional manner
Keep customer services tools and templates updated
Handle credit card and cheque payments
Liaise constantly with Reservations and Products teams
Work on ad-hoc projects as required
Update and maintain customer databases
Share acquired knowledge with the team
Take initiative to improve general services to customers
Suggest enhanced processes/procedures to improve internal efficiency


Excellent attention to detail
A strong communicator – fluency in English is essential
Great time management
Ability to deliver within deadlines
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
People person
Punctual and dependable


Previous Customer Service Experience is an advantage
Problem solving
Ability to multitask
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Excellent telephone manner
Great attitude with willingness to deliver outstanding customer service
Proficiency in Sapnish language is an advantage
Background in travel/tourism will be an advantage. Full training will be provided
