Lee Travel and O’Hanrahan Travel named in UK and Ireland’s Top Travel Agencies
ITAA members feature in Travel Trade Gazette’s Top 50 Travel Agencies 2016
Dublin, 29th April 2016 The Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA) congratulates Lee Travel, Cork, and O’Hanrahan Travel, Monaghan, on being listed in the Travel Trade Gazette ‘s (TTG) Top 50 Travel Agencies in the UK and Ireland. The two agencies beat off competition from hundreds of other travel agencies to earn a place on the list.
The list of top travel agencies was revealed at a ceremony held by TTG in Birmingham earlier this week, following an extensive judging process. The list was decided through a combination of rating by tour operators and other suppliers, and interviews and high street store assessments by TTG journalists.
TTG editor Pippa Jacks said: “What our new Top 50 list shows is that travel retailing in 2016 is a vibrant and successful business sector, and that – particularly on the high street – agents continue to prove their worth by delivering phenomenal customer service to their customers.”
