Mark Clifford appointed to the board of the Irish Travel Agents Association

Mark Clifford of O’Hanrahan Travel has been appointed to the board of the Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA). The announcement was made by the President of the ITAA, Martin Skelly.

 

A familiar face in the Irish travel industry, Mr. Clifford is Managing Director of O’Hanrahan Travel which has offices in Monaghan Town and Carrickmacross. Established in 1925 O’Hanrahan Travel is 90 years in business this year and the agency was a founding member of the ITAA. It was awarded the ITAA Travel Agency of the Year in 2013.

 

Speaking about his new appointment, Mark Clifford said, “It is an honour to be appointed to the board of the ITAA. I look forward to representing the needs and interests of travel agents and tour operators throughout Ireland.”

 

Martin Skelly, President of the ITAA, said “We congratulate Mark on his new appointment and welcome him to the board. He has been an active member of the ITAA for many years and I am sure he will contribute greatly to the ITAA board.”
