Free Digital Seminar – A great success!

Last Friday, 10th December, we ran a lively seminar on how to promote yourself digitally.  Over 60 participants attended from a mix of travel, hospitality and wider industry. We were delighted to welcome Maggie McPartlin and Julian Mueller from Facebook, who  presented with tips on getting the best from Facebook and also, Conor Lynch  of Social Media.ie  who presented  his ‘6 Steps’  to building your personal brand using social media.
DIT supported the event and provided the training facility in the Cathal Brugha Street Campus, and Anthony Quigley of The Digital Marketing Institute, our digital Training Partners, acted as host for the event, adding some useful tips  along the way.
This seminar was an initiative arising from our Skillnets work over the last two years, boosting the digital literacy of travel professionals across Ireland, and we were delighted to share our expertise with wider industry
