We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Budget USA team! Applicants must have the desire and an interest in learning and developing their skills and should have excellent leadership abilities along with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Budget USA team 

• Analyse sales reports 

• Consistently liase with line manager

• Be market aware – Keeping up with competitors/new trends/products 

• Assist the marketing team with upcoming offers/promotions 

• Train and support new and current team members in new systems/products 

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Previous experience within a Travel agency essential 

• 2 years’ experience using GDS systems Amadeus 

• Extensive travel experience of the USA 

• Proven ability to manage, motivate and support a team 

• Efficient problem solver and a quick thinker with the ability to work under pressure 

• Fluent English essential
