The right candidate for this role will be a people person and provide the most personalised care and attention to detail for our clients, who have included Michael Jackson, Kim & Kanye, Uma Thurman, Taylor Swift, Paul Ryan (Speaker of the US House of Representatives), Ex-Presidents, Ambassadors, CEOs and Presidents of such renowned companies as Disney Films, Wells Fargo and Starbucks.
To work as a part of the Adams & Butler team, being creative and perceptive in meeting the needs of clients is essential. Of course, being well travelled and having a real passion for travel will also benefit the expertise to be brought to this post.
The candidate should have excellent persuasive, influencing and listening skills, be discreet, energetic, enthusiastic, results-driven, proactive, positive, honest, reliable, fluent in spoken and written English, hard-working, flexible, responsible, a technology efficient team player with good common sense. Attention to detail is an imperative requisite, as are excellent communication skills.
This role will be working alongside the CEO and offers fantastic promotional opportunities for the right person with the ability to enhance our product offering, develop the brand and influence the growth of the company. Previous travel industry experience is highly desirable as well as an excellent sales and/or marketing track record.
- Participation in all aspects of Business Development
- Contributing to a Digital and Social Media presence
- Driving and converting leads into sales
- Timely response and quotation on enquiries
- Creative Itinerary design
- Managing bookings and enquiries from start to finish
- Relationship building with existing clients and suppliers
- Representing and developing the A&B and Private Luxury Travel Brands
- Attendance at trade events, fairs, fams and workshops
This is a full-time post. Salary will be appropriate to experience and generous for the right person.
