My client, a global corporate travel management centre opening offices near Dublin airport are hiring French Speaking Travel Consultants for their new International Corporate Travel Call Centre.

 

This is a major development for the travel industry in Ireland with up to 60 staff required by March 2018. The first tranche of new hires will be for their French speaking division with other European language skills to follow.

 

You will need to have at least two years previous experience as an IATA Travel Consultant (Corporate or Leisure) and be highly skilled in Amadeus or one of the other major CRS/GDS such as Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre.

 

The work will involve compiling tailor-made travel arrangements on behalf of business travellers and will consist of Longhaul and Shorthaul Flights, Hotel Reservations, Car-Hire bookings and ancillary travel arrangements. Clear and concise communications skills are required as all transactions will be conducted over the phone and by email.

 

You will need to have excellent written and oral language skills in English and French and be legally entitled to work in Ireland. We are unable to obtain work permits for non- EU Nationals.

 

Full time permanent positions, with basic salary of €27k plus bonus plus shift allowance.

Shifts for this role can be on a 24/7 basis (with nightshift allowance) or core business hours scheduled over a 7-day week.
