Sales & Customer Service Agent (6 month contract)

We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Agent to join our team on a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will join our very active Sales team and report to our Sales Manager. If you are interested in providing a professional and focused phone service, working to specific sales targets and goals and the ability to earn uncapped commission, maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, handling customer queries and complaints as well as other various tasks then this is the job for you!

Start Date: As soon as possible

The Role:

  • Providing a professional and focused phone service
  • Working to specific sales targets and goals
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Handling customer queries, feedback, compliments and complaints
  • Working in a busy retail environment including weekends

Desired but not essential skills and experience:

  • Strong Geography knowledge
  • Travel industry experience
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary / benefits / working hours etc for the right candidate:

  • Salary depending on experience plus generous incentive scheme
  • Travel Department is open 7 days a week (shift hours)
  • 20 days annual leave pro rata
  • 6 month probationary period
  • Position based in Dublin 2, served by many transport links
