Reports to Country Manager
Working 5 Days per week office based 27 Merrion Square Dublin 2
Hours 9- 5.30 Monday to Friday. Evening and weekend work will be required a few times a year.
National Travel will be required as advised by your manager.
Salary for this role starts at €22,000 per annum and will suit someone with a travel and Tourism Qualification.
Supporting Sales and Marketing Team.
Manning the office, professionally answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries from both direct clients and travel agents.
Pricing Holidays were required.
Working closely with the reservations team
Arranging and booking staff travel, overnights, and flights.
Familiarisations and Press Trip organisation
Planning and aiding Event Organisation
Arranging Agent Training Sessions
Presentation preparation keeping within brand guidelines
Trade and consumer show participation and organisation
Supporting the National Account and Business Development Manager
Designing and distributing E Blast and marketing/PR activity
Sending updates to agencies for their websites/tracking facebook activity from agents.
Maintaining and updating databases (both direct and agents)
Maintaining and updating brand websites and Facebook/Twitter with relevant content
Brochure order for office and agents with RTS
Meeting and Greeting candidates and clients
Meeting room set up when required (teas/coffee/water)
Supporting Country & National Account Manager
Multiple Duties including items such as consolidation of expenses, calendar management, general errands and any other business as required.
Reporting sales each day and week from Sales force for all brands.
General Office Duties:
Typing Reports/Meeting minutes/ordering stationary and stock management/managing invoices/admin filing/faxing and photocopying/brochure requests /general upkeep of the office
