Personal Assistant / Administrator
My client, a small but well established and highly successful travel firm based in Dublin City Centre and seeking to hire a suitable candidate for the position of Personal Assistant to their Managing Director. This role will also entail administration duties within their operational department.
You will need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, you will also need to be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Competent typing, email and internet skills are also a requirement.

Additional training will be provided in relation to office systems, reservations and the use of the Galileo GDS.
This is a full-time permanent position available immediately. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5.30 PM – NO SATURDAYS or LATE NIGHTS.
The salary will depend on the experience and skills of the successful candidate.
